My criminal cases have included but not limited to the following:
Driving Under the Influence
Assault
Minor Possession
Drug Charges
No Contact Order Violations
Driving While Liscense Suspended
Forgery
Juvenile Crimes
THEY ARE CALLED RIGHTS
FOR A REASON!
EXERCISE THEM!
1. The right to remain silent:
Don't answer any questions
regardless if you're
completely innocent.
Here is a link to a great lecture from
Professor James Duane of
Regent Law School
on why you never speak
to the police.

2. The right to speak to an attorney:
Request an attorney
immediately and remain
silent until you speak to one.
All counties and cities should
have a public defender on
call 24 hours a day.
Ask to speak to one rather
than flipping through a phone book.
